中成药在冠心病治疗中的辨证应用

Syndrome Differentiation Applied of Proprietary Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的规范中成药在冠心病(CHD)治疗中的辨证应用,充分发挥中成药治疗优势,减少不良反应发生率。方法选择冠心病治疗中常用的三类中成药——益气养心类、活血化瘀类、芳香温通类作为研究药物;根据辨证施治、药症相符的治疗理念,探讨冠心病治疗中常用中成药的功效异同和临床适应症。结果益气养心类、活血化瘀类、芳香温通类分别对应冠心病不同病理机制,各类药物辨证治疗冠心病效果可靠。结论中成药必须在中医辨证论治指导下,合理规范使用。

Objective Specification of proprietary chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD）application,give full play to the proprietary chinese medicine treatment of advantage,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Methods Choice of three kinds of proprietary chinese medicine is commonly used in coronary heart disease treatment,yiqiyangxin,huoxuehuayv,fangxiangwentong types of drugs as a study drug,according to the evidence-based medicine and medicine disease treatment concept,to explore the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease is commonly used in proprietary chinese medicine efficacy of similarities and differences and clinicalindications. Results Yiqiyangxin,huoxuehuayu,fangxiangwentong types of drugs to different pathological mechanism of coronary heart disease,all kinds of drug of coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment effect is reliable. Conclusion Proprietary chinese medicine must be under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,using reasonable norms.
