汤药煎服与外敷联合治疗膝骨关节炎的安全性与有效性

Safe and Effective of Decoction With External in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨自拟汤药煎服与外敷联合治疗膝骨关节炎的安全性与有效性。方法随机选取2014年7月-2015年12月在我院就诊的30名膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组15名患者。对照组患者口服美洛昔康片进行治疗,观察组患者给予自拟补肾活血方进行煎服加外敷进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的安全性和有效性。结果两组患者治疗后临床症状积分都出现了下降,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;与对照组治疗后相比,观察组治疗后临床症状积分具有优势,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。治疗30 d后,对照组患者中临床有效率为53.4%,观察组临床总有效率为86.7%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论补肾活血方煎服加外敷联合治疗膝骨性关节炎具有良好的效果,能够缓解患者病情,提高患者的恢复速度,具有良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of self decoction combined with external application on the knee Osteoarthritis. Methods 30 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were randomly selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods,each group of 15 patients. Control group was treated with meloxicam kang tablets for treatment,observation group were given self decoction combined with external application,the safety and effectiveness of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were all decreased after treatment,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was superior compared with the control group after treatment,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The clinical effective rate was 53.4% in the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7% after 30 d treatment,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion It has a good effect of bushenhuoxue decoction combined with external application on the knee osteoarthritis. It can alleviate symptoms in patients,improve recovery speed of the patients,with good clinical therapeutic effect.
