中西医结合治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效

The Clinical Curative Effect of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment on Patients With Neck Shoulder Pain or Lumbocrural Pain

目的探讨利用中西医结合的疗法对劲肩腰腿痛进行治疗,并评估其疗效。方法选择2014年4月-2015年6月在我院住院治疗的80例颈肩腰腿痛患者,然后采用随机和平均分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）后,对照组患者采用口服神经妥乐平进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用中药熏蒸的疗法进行治疗,观察、比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果在治疗完成后,总有效率在对照组中为62.5%,在观察组中为87.5%,因此观察组的总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在临床上对于颈肩腰腿痛的治疗,采用中西医结合的疗法是一种有效的治疗方式,在治疗后患者的疼痛减轻,临床效果较好。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of chinese and western medicine treatment on patients with neck shoulder pain or lumbocrural pain. Methods Chose 80 cases patients with neck shoulder pain or lumbocrural pain from April 2014 and June 2015 in our hospital. they were divided into control group（40 cases）and observation group（40 cases）randomly and equally,patients in control group were treated by oral duly nerve yaumcha treatment,on this basis,patients in observation group were treated by chinese and western medicine treatment,compared the clinical efficacy between two groups. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate in the control group was 62.5%,it was 87.5% in the observation group,the total effective rate in observation group was obviously higher than control group,it was statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of neck shoulder pain or lumbocrural pain,traditional chinese and western medicine treatment is an effective way of treatment,the pain can reduce significantly,the clinical effect is good.
