摘要 目的探讨放射医学影像无片化技术在临床上的应用。方法通过DICOM技术将100例放射医学影像学数字化治疗的临床资料传输到相应的科室中,然后临床医生再采用DICOM配套阅读软件进行诊断。结果可以通过移动存储介质和局域网实现影像学资料的传输,从而可以保证影响资料完整性,DICOM阅读软件进行涂片处理后,信息真实并且内容丰富。采用放射医学影响技术无片化技术前医师对于临床工作满意程度为75%,实现以后工作满意程度提升到90.0%。结论在临床上应用放射医学影像无片化技术,可以使得资料更加完整,方便医师的阅读和诊断。 Objective To explore the clinical application of the non film technology in the radiology. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of radiation medical imaging were transferred to the corresponding departments by DICOM technology. The clinical application of DICOM reading software in the computer was used to diagnose the clinical data. Results Through mobile storage media and local area network of image data transmission,can guarantee the data integrity and the DICOM file reading software was used in the treatment of smear,can make the information true and rich in content. The degree of clinical work satisfaction was 75% before and after the treatment with the technology of radiation medicine. Conclusion The clinical application of radiological imaging technology,can make the data more complete,and more convenient for doctors to read and diagnose.
