基于RFID的追溯系统在内镜清洗消毒流程中的应用

内镜是一种侵入性医疗器械,在使用过程中容易被污染,患者使用前必须经过严格的清洗、消毒、灭菌处理,以降低医源性感染率。为了对医用内镜的清洗消毒工作进一步有效规范,本院引入RFID、无线网络和数据库等信息技术,实现内镜使用、清洗、消毒,全过程的电子数据信息的记录、查找和可追溯性。内镜RFID系统能够对内镜进行更完善和更安全的管理,操作方便,节省人力,避免人为误记、漏记现象,能有效、规范的记录内镜清洗消毒流程,完善了清洗消毒质量控制,达到感染管理的可追溯性,使院内感染和管理成本均降低,工作效率及工作质量有了提升。

Endoscopy is an invasive medical devices,it easily contaminated during use,it must be rigorous cleaning,disinfection,sterilization before patients using,in order to reduce the risk of iatrogenic infection. In order for medical endoscope cleaning and disinfecting work further effectively regulate,the Court introduced RFID,wireless networks and databases and other information technology in our hospital,endoscopic use,cleaning,disinfection,electronic data recording the whole process of finding and traceability. Endoscopy RFID system can be better managed and more secure. Easy to operate,saving manpower,it can avoid human error in mind that omission phenomenon,effective,standardized recording of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection processes,and improve the quality control of cleaning and disinfection,infection control to achieve traceability,making nosocomial infections and administrative costs significantly reduced work efficiency and quality of work has improved significantly.
