Postoperative Complications Nursing of Lung Cancer With Violations Trachea and Heart Great Vessels

目的探讨侵犯气管及心脏大血管肺癌患者术后并发症的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2014年11月-2015年11月在住院治疗的65例侵犯气管和心脏大血管肺癌患者临床病例资料,总结其术后并发症护理措施。结果 65例患者均手术顺利完成,手术操作时间为3-5 h;术后出现并发症者共24例,并发症发生率为36.9%,包括肺部感染14例和心律失常10例;针对术后并发症实施有效护理后,患者术后并发症均好转,未见死亡病例出现。结论对患者术后并发症采取针对性护理,尤其是对患者采取心理护理、心肺并发症护理是确保手术成的关键。

Objective To explore nursing measures on pulmonary complications in patients with lung cancer encroaching upon trachea and large cardiac vessels. Methods The clinical data of 65 cases of patients with lung cancer encroaching upon trachea and large cardiac vessels admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to November was analyzed retrospectively,the nursing measures on postoperative complications were summarized. Results 60 cases of operations for the patients were all smoothly completed,the operation time between 3 to 5 hours,24 cases of them had complications after operation,the complication rate was 36.9%,including 14 cases of pulmonary infections and 10 cases of cardiac arrhythmia,after effective nursing had been implemented for the complications,the conditions were all improved,no death case happened. Conclusion Targeted nursing for patients with postoperative complications,especially mental nursing,cardiopulmonary complication nursing care are the keys to ensure a successful surgery.
