摘要
目的探讨循证护理对白内障术后并发症的预防效果。方法将286例白内障患者分为研究组(循证护理)与对照组(常规护理)。结果研究组前房出血、眼内炎、角膜水肿等术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能降低白内障患者术后并发症发生率。
Objective To study the evidence-based nursing in cataract surgery complications prevention effect. Methods 286 cases of cataract patients divided into research group（evidence-based nursing）and control group（usual care）. Results The team anterior chamber bleeding,endophthalmitis,corneal edema,incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can reduce the incidence of cataract patients with postoperative complications.
