腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏护理分析

Nursing Analysis of Bile Leakage After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏患者应采取的护理措施和效果。方法选取2014年4月-2015年10月收治的75例腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏患者进行护理研究,随机分组,实验组40例患者接受综合护理,对照组35例患者接受常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理有效率为95.0%,对照组患者护理有效率为82.86%。实验组患者的护理效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏患者采取综合的护理措施,可提高身体的舒适度,减少并发症,缩短住院时间,效果显著。

Objective Nursing method and its effect for bile leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy are to be studied. Methods Chose 75 patients with bile leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in hospital from April 2014 to October 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,40 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,while another 35 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and then compared patients＇ nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ nursing efficacy in study group was 95.0% and nursing efficacy in control group was 82.86%,thus,nursing efficacy in study group was much better,there was a nursing differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective for bile leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,it is conducive to increasing patients＇ physical comfort,reducing complication incidence and shortening their hospitalization days.
