内科护理中健康教育的影响因素

摘要 目的针对临床内科护理健康教育实际情况深入探讨影响相关因素。方法对收集的100例患者采取调查问卷及统计分析方法,详细调查对患者进行健康教育的有关药物知识,临床疾病及日常习惯等方面有关内容。结果通过对患者问卷的结果统计发现,对患者健康教育效果的分析可发现,患者具有不同年龄结构、文化水平等因素具有影响,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05),不同性别患者影响健康教育的效果明显,差异不具有统计意义(P>0.05)。结论文化层次和年龄结构是影响临床内科护理健康教育效果的主要因素。 Objective To explore the influencing factors of nursing health education in clinical department of internal medicine. Methods A questionnaire and statistical analysis method were adopted in 100 cases of the patients who were collected,and the related drug knowledge,clinical diseases and daily habits of the patients were investigated in detail. Results The statistics of the results of patients were found,the analysis of the effect of health education for patients can be found in patients with different age structure,cultural level and other factors have an impact,the difference has statistical significance(P〈0.05),the effect of patients with different gender health education effect obviously,the difference is not statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Cultural level and age structure are the main factors that influence the effect of nursing health education in clinical department of internal medicine.
