摘要
目的对电视胸腔镜下开展的小切口肺叶切除术患者所处的围手术期应进行的各种护理加以探讨。方法收集2012-2014年本院胸外科行电视胸腔镜小切口肺叶切除术患者共80例为研究对象。将之随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例,分别接受传统护理和优质围手术期护理。对二者住院费用、总住院时间、护理满意度加以对比。结果研究组在3者的数据上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论围手术期优质护理可以对患者护理满意度加以提高。
Objective To have the perioperative nursing analysis of the patients having the small incision lung resection with the video-assisted thoracoscope. Methods Collect total 80 patients having the small incision lung resection with the video-assisted thoracoscope in our thoracic surgery department from 2012 to 2014 as the research objects. They are randomly divided into the contrast group and research group, each group has 40 cases. Two groups accept the traditional nursing and the perioperative nursing respectively. The hospitalization expenses,the total length of hospital stay,and the nursing satisfaction of two groups are compared. Results The hospitalization expenses,the total length of hospital stay,and the nursing satisfaction in the research group are higher than that of the contrast group,and the difference has the statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high-quality perioperative nursing is feasible to improve the patients＇ nursing satisfaction and is worth promoting.
