脊椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者的康复护理观察

Rehabilitation Nursing Observation on Patients With Spinal Fracture Complicated by Spinal Cord Injury

目的探究脊椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者应采取的护理措施和效果。方法选取2014年7月-2015年7月收治的73例脊髓骨折伴脊髓损伤患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组39例患者接受综合的康复护理干预,对照组34例患者采取常规的护理措施,比较患者的护理效果。结果对照组患者护理的总有效率为79.41%,实验组患者护理的总有效率为91.31%,在两组患者的比较中,实验组患者的护理效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脊椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者接受综合康复护理,可缓解症状,加快身体的恢复,效果显著。

Objective Rehabilitation nursing method and its effect on patients with spinal fracture complicated by spinal cord injury are to be studied. Methods Chose 73 patients with spinal fracture complicated by spinal cord injury who were treated in hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,39 patients in study group were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,while 34 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and then compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ nursing efficacy in study group was 91.31%,which was much higher than 79.41% in control group,thus,nursing efficacy in study group was much more favorable and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is effective on patients with spinal fracture complicated by spinal cord injury,it is conducive to relieving patients＇ symptoms and improving patients＇ recovery with efficacy.
