摘要
目的研究并分析眼科老年住院患者心理状态及护理对策。方法收集眼科老年住院患者共96例,对其心理状态进行分析,并给予针对性的心理护理,将护理前的焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分作为对照组,将护理后的相关数据作为观察组。结果观察组的焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对眼科老年住院患者的心理状态进行分析,并在此基础上进行心理护理,能够有效改善患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To study and analyze the mental status and nursing strategy of elderly inpatients in department of ophthalmology. Methods A total of 96 elderly inpatients in department of ophthalmology were collected,and their psychological status was analyzed,and the psychological nursing was given,and the anxiety and self rating depression scale scores were used as the control group. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion To analyze the psychological status of elderly inpatients in department of ophthalmology,and to carry out psychological nursing,which can effectively improve the patients＇ negative emotions,improve the quality of life of patients.
