PDCA循环在鼻胃管肠内营养管理中的应用

PDCA Cycle Application in Nasogastric Tube Enteral Nutrition Management

目的探讨PDCA循环在预防鼻胃管肠内营养并发症中的应用效果。方法遵循PDCA循环,注重持续改进,科室成立护理质控小组,全员参与管理,针对每一个应用鼻胃管肠内营养期间出现问题的病例,认真进行讨论,分析问题发生的原因,制定预期目标,提出整改措施,并定期进行效果评价。结果 2013年11月-2015年11月鼻胃管肠内营养患者不良事件上报42例,不良发生率为0.42%,较前有所下降,其中胃管脱出现象降低。结论 PDCA循环应用于鼻胃管肠内营养中,可减少不良现象发生,特别是在胃管滑脱的管理中可降低其发生率,是一种有效的管理方法。

Objective Discuss about PDCA cycle application effect on preventing nasogastric tube enteral nutrition complication. Methods Follow PDCA cycle and pay attention to continuous improvement,create nursing quality control team where everyone attends. For each case in the period of applying nasogastric tube enteral nutrition,discussed seriously and analyzed the reason of case,create aim and take measures,evaluate effect regularly. Results From Nov. 2013 to Nov. 2015,there were 42 adverse events of cases of nasogastric tube enteral nutrition,adverse events incidence rate was 0.42%,which was lower than the previous one and the phenomena of stomach tube dislocation were obviously lower. Conclusion PDCA cycle applying in nasogastric tube enteral nutrition can reduce adverse events,especially reducing the incidence rate obviously in stomach tube dislocation management,which is an effective management method.
