摘要
目的探讨皮质醇增多症的临床护理。方法选取2014年3月-2015年6月收治的皮质醇增多症的临床护理资料进行分析。结果所有患者经药物治疗及护理临床效果满意。结论皮质醇增多症患者经治疗及护理,保持体液平衡表现为体重增加不超过1 kg。自我形象得到改善,能使用恰当的应对措施。未发生皮肤真菌感染及化脓性感染。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of patients with cortisol. Methods The clinical nursing data of patients with cortisol in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were analyzed. Results All the patients were satisfied with the clinical effect of drug treatment and nursing. Conclusion The treatment and nursing care of patients with cortisol in the body fluid balance showed that the weight gain does not exceed 1 kg. Self image has been improved,to be able to use appropriate measures. Fungal infection of the skin and purulent infection.
