酒石酸布托啡诺在无痛胃镜中的应用观察

Application Observe of Butorphanol Tartrate in Painless Gastroscopy

目的 观察酒石酸布托啡诺在无痛胃检中的应用效果及不良反应。方法 选择来我院行无痛胃镜检查患者150例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各75例。对照组采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉,观察组采用酒石酸布托啡诺复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉。观察两组麻醉效果、疼痛程度、血气分析指标及不良反应。结果 ①麻醉效果：观察组优良率（100.00%）略高于对照组（98.67%）,组间比较差异无统计学意义（χ^2=1.729,P〉0.05）;②血气指标：两组麻醉前后HR、MAP、SpO2比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;③苏醒时间及不良反应：观察组疼痛程度、术后呕吐次数、呼吸抑制发生率均明显低于对照组（1.09±0.35 vs 2.12±0.51,1.21±0.38 vs 2.12±0.54,2.67%vs 10.67%,P〈0.05,0.01）。结论 布托啡诺复合麻醉有助于稳定血气指标,减轻疼痛程度,降低不良反应,提高麻醉质量。

Objective To observed Application effect and adverse reactions of of Butorphanol tartrate in painless gastroscopy. Methods 150 cases patients with painless gastroscopy were divided into observation group and control group, control group given propofol intravenous anesthesia, observation group given butorphanol tartrate combined propofolo intravenous anesthesia. Anesthesia effect, the degree of pain, blood gas analysis index, adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Result ①Anaesthesia effect： observation group anaesthesia effect （100.00%） was slightly higher than that of control group （98.67%）, there was no statistically significant difference between two groups compare（χ^2=1.729, P〉0.05）; ②Blood gas index： there were no statistical significance of HR, MAP, SpO2 between two groups （P〉0.05）; ③Wake up time and adverse reactions： observation group pain degree, postoperative vomiting frequency, respiratory depression were significantly lower than the control group [（1.09±0.35 vs 2.12±0.51, 1.21±0.38 vs 2.12±0.54, 2.67% vs 10.67%）P〈0.05, 0.01]. Conclusion Butorphanol tartrate compound anesthesia help to stabilize blood gas index, relieve pain, reduce adverse reactions, and improve the quality of anesthesia.
