依达拉奉与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗脑血栓的临床效果观察

In Accordance with the Adr Associated with Ozagrel Sodium Observe Clinical Effect for the Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探讨依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠对脑血栓患者的临床疗效。方法选取2011年7月至2014年7月我院收治的80例脑血栓患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同,分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组给予依达拉奉治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予奥扎格雷钠治疗。治疗1个疗程后(7 d为1个疗程),比较两组患者神经功能缺损评分及临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(65.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1个疗程后,两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);且治疗前后两组患者的神经功能缺损评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗脑血栓患者,能有效提高患者的生活自理能力和神经功能,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the adr in the joint of ozagrel sodium clinical curative effect of patients with cerebral thrombosis. Method Selected in July 2011 to July 2011 of our hospital, 80 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis as the research object, according to the treatment is different, divided into controt group and research group, 40 cases in each group. The control group given in accordance with edaravone in treatment, the team in the control group on the basis of giving ozagrel sodium treatment. For a course of treatment after a period of treatment （7 days）, to compare two groups of patients with nerve function defect grade and clinical curative effect. Results Group total effective rate （95.0%） is significantly higher than the control group （65.0%）, statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）; before the treatment, compared two groups of patients with nerve function defect score, there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）; after a period of treatment, compared two groups of patients with nerve function defect score, with significant difference （P〈O.05）; and two groups of patients before and after the treatment of neural function defect scale, statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion According to the adr and the ozagrel sodium combination therapy in patients with cerebral thrombosis, can effectively improve the patient＇s self-care ability of life and neurologic function, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
