美沙拉嗪与枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of The Beauty of Salad with Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis two Bacteria Enteric Capsules in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合枯草杆菌二联活茵肠溶胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年8月至2015年5月我院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组采取美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗期间患者无严重不良反应。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中有显著疗效,不仅改善患者临床症状,而且减少复发,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of salad beauty live combined Bacillus subtilis two Yin capsules in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods From May 2015 to August 2014, 80 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Bacillus subtilis two. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the patients had no serious adverse reactions during the treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mesalazine combined with Bacillus subtilis bivalent live bacteria enteric coated capsules in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has remarkable curative effect, not only improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, and reduce the recurrence. It is worthy of clinical application.
