摘要
目的分析引起产后出血的原因和预防措施。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2010年1月收治的102例产后出血的患者,具体分析患者出血的原因以及相应的预防措施。结果患者产后出血的主要原因其中宫缩乏力占72.55%,胎盘因素占22.55%,软产道损伤占3.92%,凝血功能障碍占0.98%。结论引起产后大出血的危险因素较多,需掌握其病因并采取有效措施,对降低产后出血发生率起着重要作用。
Objective To analyze of the causes of postpartum hemorrhage and the prevention measures. Methods We analyzed retrospectively from January 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital 102 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients of cause of hemorrhage and preventive measures. Results Postpartum hemorrhage of main reason were contractions fatigue（72.55%）, placenta factor （22.55%）, soft birth canal injury （3.92%）, coagulation dysfunction （0.98%）. Conclusion Risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage caused more. We analyze the etiology and take effective measures, and play an important role to reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
