阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果评价

Evaluation of Alteplase Intravenous Thrombolysis for Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨分析阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法选取2013年8月至2015年1月我院收治的114例急性心肌梗死患者,按照随机方法分为2组:对照组(n=57)、观察组(n=57)。对照组患者给予尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,观察组患者给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,对2组患者的治疗效果予以观察对比。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.7%,冠状动脉再通率为70.2%,显著高于对照组的80.7%、47.4%,组间对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在并发症发生率方面,观察组明显低于对照组,组间对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死患者行阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的效果非常确切,能够显著提高冠状动脉再通率,降低并发症发生率,是一种高效、安全、可靠的治疗方法,值得临床选用与推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of acute myocardial infarction by intravenous thrombolytie therapy for acute myocardial infarction. Methods 114 cases of acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2013 were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group （n=57） and observation group （n=57）. The control group were treated with urokinase intravenous thrombolytie therapy, the observation group were treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy, and the treatment effect of the 2 groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.7%, and the rate of coronary artery was 70.2%, significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, 80.7% and 47.4%, the difference between the two groups. In the incidence of complications, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, there were significant differences between the groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute myocardial infarction is very accurate, can significantly improve the coronary artery patency rate, reduce the incidence of complications, is an effective, safe and reliable treatment method, worthy of clinical selection and promotion.
