摘要
目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)的监测对肺癌病情评估及治疗效果的临床价值。方法收集我院肺癌患者64例,分析患者CRP与TNM分期、病理类型有无统计学差异;分析不同疗效及CRP变化的关系。结果 CRP与病理类型无统计学差异,与TNM分期有统计学差异,化疗的疗效与CRP的下降呈正比。结论监测CRP的浓度对肺癌患者的病情评估及疗效评价可能有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of C reactive protein （CRP） in the assessment of lung cancer and the clinical value of the treatment effect. Methods 64 patients with lung cancer in our hospital were collected and analyzed with CRP and TNM staging and pathological types. Results There was no significant difference between CRP and pathology type, and the difference between CRP and TNM stage was statistically significant. Conclusion Monitoring the concentration of CRP in patients with lung cancer and the evaluation of the efficacy of the disease may have a certain clinical significance.
