摘要
目的观察优泌乐25治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将51例患者随机分为2组,治疗组应用优泌乐25,对照组23例治疗应用诺和锐30,治疗10周,观察FPG、2h PG、Hb A1c、及低血糖发生率。结果早餐后2 h血糖、晚餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优泌乐25治疗2型糖尿病安全性好,且疗效确切。
Objective To study the humalog25 clinical efficacy in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 51 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, application of the treatment group humalog 25, control group of 23 cases of treatment of Insulin Aspart 30, for 10 weeks, observe the FPG, 2hPG, HbAtc, and low incidence of hypoglycemia. Results Blood glucose 2 hours after breakfast, dinner, 2 hours after glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, and therapeutic effect in the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humalog25 safety in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and therapeutic.
