摘要
基于创新,硝酸甘油实现了从烈性炸药的主要成分到治疗心绞痛良药、再到治疗男性勃起功能障碍特效药物的华丽转身,堪称人类创新史上的经典案例。观其创新,既有偶然,亦属必然。反思近年来国内各行各业,尤其是科研领域的创新,不乏浮躁与急功近利的现象。最后提出创新不仅需要,而且重要、必要。培养具有创新思维与创新能力的人才尤为关键。其中兴趣、质疑与执着是培养创新人才的三大基本要素。
Based on innovation,the nitroglycerin has undergone magnificent transition from the main composition of the high explosive（TNT） to the good medicine for angina pectoris（Nifedipine）,and then to the specially effective medicine for erectile dysfunction（Vigra）.It is a classical case in the mankind’s innovative history.The innovation is accidental,but also inevitable.In recent years,throughout all walks of life,especially in the scientific research field,there are not a few phenomena of being impatient and eager for quick success.Innovation is not only needed,but also important,essential.Training talents with innovative thinking and innovation ability is particularly crucial.Interest,query and perseverance are the three basic key elements of training innovative talents.
