PPP Financing of Sports Industry Infrastructure Viewed from Law

从我国体育产业基础设施融资中存在的法律问题入手,从PPP的法律内涵以及运用PPP的优越性两个方面对体育产业基础设施融资的趋势进行了分析,并对完善体育基础设施PPP融资制度提出了建议:放宽准入制度;加强财政配套制度建设;设立体育基础设施专项基金;完善相关法律体系。

The paper analyses the law problems of the sports industry infrastructure and its trend from the perspectives of legal connotation of PPP and advantages of PPP.The paper also proposes to loosen the admission limit,strengthen the financial policy,set up special fund for sports infrastructure and improve the related legal system.
