摘要
为了对现有的材料力学试验台的充分利用,本论文在现有的多功能材料力学试验台只能完成低碳钢和铸铁的拉伸和压缩实验的基础上,利用UG(一种常用的三维仿真软件)对试验台进行了改进设计,主要设计了钢板的拉伸试件、弯曲试件、弯扭试件,并贴上相应的应变片,配备了相应的应力应变仪,使得试验台可以完成材料弹性模量E和泊松比u的测量、横力弯曲和纯弯曲下应变的测量,弯扭组合变形下的应变的测量功能,为进一步完善多功能材料力学试验台提供了理论基础.
In order to make full use of existing equipment,on the basis of the experiment of low carbon steel and cast iron tensile and compression tests by existing universal test rig. The design of the test bed was improved by UG,The main design of the steel plate tension specimen,bending specimen,bending specimen,and paste the corresponding strain gauge. The test bed can be done to measure the elastic modulus E and Poisson's ratio of u. Measurement of the strain under the bending and pure bending and measurement of strain under bending and torsion deformation. Provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement of the multi functional materials mechanics test stand.
