单坡形护栏在车辆撞击下的仿真研究

摘要 为研究防撞等级为A级的单坡型混凝土护栏的综合性能,作者基于动态显式有限元法并使用Hyperworks和LS-DYNA软件,建立了3组包含轻、重两种车型的车辆-护栏碰撞动力学仿真模型.其中一组仿真模型根据美国某实车碰撞试验的资料建立,其结果证实了仿真模型的可靠性;另外通过沙漏控制及对质量缩放的验证,确保仿真结果的可靠性.最后对单坡形混凝土护栏的防穿越性能、导向性能及安全性能方面进行了分析,探讨了单坡形混凝土护栏形式的综合防撞性能. In order to study the crashworthiness of the A anti- collision grade single- slope concrete barriers,the three dynamic simulation models of vehicle- guardrail collision systems were set up,which were based on dynamic explicit finite element method( fem) using Hyperworks and LS- DYNA software. In the four simulation models' system both heavy and light vehicles were used. One group of simulation models is established based on the data of a full scale vehicle- barrier crash test in America. The reliability of the three groups simulation results were confirmed by the crash test results,hourglass technology and mass scaling method. Then the comprehensive crashworthiness of single- slope concrete guardrails were analyzed though the aspects of anti- collision performance,guiding performance and safety performance.
