摘要
注射成型产品的质量会受到模具结构、成型工艺参数、熔体材料性能等多方面因素的影响.量产之后的产品若出现各类问题,则需要耗费大量的时间反复对模具结构、成型工艺参数等方面进行重新设计与调整.以试模后的汽车后备箱拉手件出现装配不合要求为例,对其流道及浇口进行重新设计,通过Moldflow软件进行针对性的模拟流动分析,辅助分析产品成型方案,达到降低产品试模周期与量产成本的目的.
The quality of injection molded products can be influenced by many factors,such as mold structure,molding process parameters and melt material properties. If there are any problems for the products of volume production,it takes a large amount of time on the redesign and adjustment of the mold structure,molding process parameters constantly. Using the example of assembly incompatibility of the car trunk handle after die testing,attempts to redesign its runner and gate,do a simulation flow analysis with Moldflow software and assists to analyze product forming plan in order to reduce the product testing cycle and production cost.
