摘要
从成本,环境保护及低温化考虑,磷酸盐低熔封接玻璃是最有可能取代商业铅基低熔封接玻璃.由于具有较低的玻璃转变温度、合适的热膨胀系数和较低的粘度,可广泛应用于导电浆料、涂层,以及玻璃、金属和陶瓷领域.通过用水玻璃和骨粉作为原料制备磷酸盐封接玻璃是可行的.
From the cost,environmental protection and low temperature considerations,Phosphate low-melting sealing glasses are the best alternatives to Pb- based sealing frits by considering their low cost and low characteristic temperature. Because its low glass transition temperature,suitable thermal expansion coefficient of viscosity and low,so it can be widely applied to conductive paste,coating,glass,metal materials and ceramic field. By using the water glass and bone powder as raw material to prepare phosphate sealing glass is feasible.
