This paper discussed the method of producing a new three-dimensional warp material for vehicles.By the use of stable＂X＂interlacing process,three layers of fabric were braided synthetically.The finished products compared with traditional sponge filling materials which are washable,with good elasticity,good air permeability,is not easy to breed bracteria.The materials is lifelong and recyclable,etc.It is a new environmental protection material,and has a wide prospect.
