活性蓝和超级黑对天丝织物染色工艺研究

Research on Tencel Fabric Dyeing Process with Reactive Blue and Super Reactive Black Dyes

文章选用活性蓝、超级黑染料对天丝织物进行染色,对染色时间、温度、碳酸钠浓度,硫酸钠浓度的工艺条件进行分析,以K/S值为衡量指标,得出最佳染色工艺。

This paper discussed the Tencel fabrics dyeing process by the use of reactive blue and super reactive blank dyes.The parameters in the dyeing process including reaction time,dyeing temperature,Na_2CO_3 and Na_2SO_4 concentrations were optimized using the single factor method.Depending on the K/S values of the fabrics after dyeing,the optimal dyeing conditions for Tencel fabrics were reached.
