河北省农民工融入意愿影响因素研究——基于186名农民工的经验分析

Research on the Influencing Factors of Migrant Workers' Will to Merge into Cities in Hebei Province:Based on Analysis of 186 Migrant Workers

目前,我国人口红利期已经结束,各地用工难、用工荒问题日渐突出。然而,受到经济、社会制度等多方面因素的影响,农民工融入城市的进度较为缓慢,这从一定程度上加剧了城市劳动力的供求矛盾问题。本文通过对186名河北省农民工融入城市的意愿进行了问卷调查,通过Logit回归模型对影响农民工融入意愿的因素进行了实证分析,分析结果显示社会保障制度、房地产价格、劳动者受教育程度和劳动者年龄是影响农民工融入意愿的主要因素。根据实证研究结果,需要提高农民工劳动技能和城镇生存能力,另外需要降低融入城镇的门槛。

Abstract： Now China＇s population bonus period has ended, and employment and labor shortage problem has become increasingly prominent in various regions. However, due to influence of various factors such as economy and social system, the progress of migrant workers into city is relatively slow, which intensifies the urban labor supply and demand contradiction. Through questionnaire survey to 186 migrant workers＇ will to mergeinto cities, the Logit regression model is used to analyze the factors influencing the will of migrant workers to merge into cities. The analysis result shows that social security system, real estate prices, education degree and age are the main factors influencing migrant workers＇ will to merge into cities. According to the result of empirical research, it is necessary to improve migrant workers＇ labor skills and ability to survive in cities and towns, and to lower the threshold of entering cities and towns.
