Abstract： The granulating machine is the key equipment of the production process of polyacrylamide, which has the issues of large load in the production process, long operation time, starting and stopping frequently, and difficult maintenance. Maintenance is particularly critical. From the summary of the daily production experience, this paper will discuss the points of granulating machine maintenance. The operation is the key to ensure equipment safety and stable.
