摘要
由于化工行业工艺流程的要求,要在压力容器主要承压部位开孔并接管,会产生不连续效应,进而影响开孔接管区应力分布。笔者采用有限元分析方法,采用ANSYS软件对内伸式开孔接管进行受力分析,从而得出开孔接管区不连续应力的分布规律,对压力容器设计和选型起一定的参考价值。
Abstract: Due to the requirement of lechnological process of chemical industry, it is needed to open and take over the main pressure part of the pressure vessel, which will produee a discontinuous effect and thereby affect the stress distribution of the nozzle area. The author, by means of finite element analysis, uses ANSYS software to lake a force analysis of extension lype nozzle, and then obtains the distribution law of disconlinuous stress in the nozzle area, which plays a certain reference value to the pressure vessel design and selection.
