旧沥青路面就地冷再生技术在农村公路改造中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 传统农村沥青公路改造一般采用挖除重建的方法,这种改造方法是对原路的完全否定,既要挖除旧路结构层,又要把旧路废料运走,安排堆放地;既费时费工又要占用土地。冷再生技术可以充分利用旧路资源对旧路路面及基层进行再生利用,只要掌控好技术要点和工艺流程,即能形成稳定的路面基层,同时,使旧路残余材料得到充分利用,实现节能、节支、环保,经济效益和社会效益显著,因此,就地冷再生技术在旧路大修或改建工程中有很好的应用前景。 Abstract: Method of excavation and reconstruction is generally used in the traditional rural asphalt road reconstruction, which is the full negation of the original road, because it needs excavation of the old road structure and also transportation of the old road waste with arrangement; it is not only time-consuming but also needs occupy land. Cold recycling technology can make full use of the old road resources to recycle the old pavement and grassroots. As long as key technology and process flow are controlled well, it can form a stable base of pavement and at the same time, make the old road materials be fully utilized to achieve energy-saving, expense-saving, environmental protection and significant economic and social benefits. Therefore, cold in-place recycling technology in old road repair or reconstruction project has a good application prospect.
