摘要 随着经济和科技的发展,世界各国莫不致力于高层建筑,甚至超高层建筑的发展。高层建筑之所以有如此大的生命力,是因为它能有效地利用空间,能在有限的土地面积内增加建筑面积,缓解用地紧张的问题,同时高层建筑的建筑高度的竞争也反映了国家的政治地位和经济实力。当前,我国的高层建筑结构采用的比较多的仍旧还是钢筋混凝土结构,由于此结构自重偏大、施工周期长,综合效益不如刚结构,加之国家大力倡导装配制结构,所以逐渐被钢结构所代替。和传统的住宅结构相比,钢结构住宅在设计、功能、施工以及经济性等方面具有显著的应用特点。本文讨论了钢结构的应用特点,结合多层钢结构住宅对钢结构的使用要求,重点对其应用的经济性展开论述,获得了对应经济建设的索引数据。 Abstract: With the development of economy and technology, all countries in the world dedicate to high-rise building or super high- rise building development. The reason why there is such a great vitality is that it can effectively utilize the space, increase the construction area in the limited land area, alleviate the problem of land shortage, and the height competition of high-rise building construction can also reflect the political status and economic strength of the country. At present, high-rise buildings in our country are still quite many reinforced concrete structures. Because this structure has too large weight, long construction period, not just a better comprehensive benefit structure than the rigid structure, and in addition, the state vigorously advocates assembly structure, it is gradually replaced by the steel structure. Compared with the traditional residential structure, the steel structure housing in the design, function, construction, economy and other aspects has significant characteristics. This paper discusses the steel structure characteristics, and combinning with requirements of muhistorey steel structure residence for steel structure, focuses on the economy of application to get the corresponding economic construction index data.
