摘要
科技创新是地方高校破解"两个难题"的关键。本文以宁夏职业技术学院科技创新团队为例,运用观察与访谈,辅助于相关文献资料,对职业院校科技创新团队发展中存在的问题进行了分析,并对其发展模式提出了一些思考性建议。
Abstract： The science and technology innovation is the key to crack the ＂two major problems＂ in local colleges and universities. This paper is to take science and technology innovation team in Ningxia polytechnic as an example, using observation and interviews and assisting in the relevant literature, to analyze the problems existing in the science and technology innovation team development of vocational colleges and put forward some constructive suggestions to the mode of development.
