摘要
本文通过ICP-AES法对烟道灰中的杂质元素进行定性定量分析,研究掩蔽剂的种类和添加量,降低杂质元素的干扰,以提高EDTA滴定法测定烟道灰中Zn含量的准确性。上述方法经过实际验证,精确度高,复现性好,且简单易行,满足检测需求。
Abstract: Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of impurity elements in steel plant dust by ICP-AES, this paper explores the kinds of screening agents and their concentration for reducing the influence of impurity elements, and improving the accuracy of determination of Zn content in steel plant dust by EDTA titration. This method has good duplication and high exactitude. The method is also simple and easy in operation, and satisfies the testing requirement.
