摘要
在文献回顾的基础上,通过256份物流企业员工的问卷调查,探讨工作压力对工作满意度、离职倾向的影响,以及工作满意度的中介作用和外部工作机会感知的调节作用。研究结果表明工作压力与工作满意度具有负相关关系、与离职倾向具有正相关关系;工作满意度在工作压力与离职倾向间具有部分中介作用。分层回归分析结果表明,外部工作机会感知对工作满意度影响离职倾向作用效应具有调节作用。
Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of a literature review, 256 questionnaire of logistics enterprise employees are used to study work pressure influence on turnover intention and discuss job satisfaction of intctxaediary function and the moderating effect of alternative job opportunities perceived. The results indicate: i) job stress has a significant negative impact on job satisfaction; ii) job stress and job satisfaction have a certain prediction to turnover intention; iii) job satisfaction has negative influence on turnover intention; iv) job satisfaction plays an intermediary role between the work pressure and turnover intention; v) there are moderating effects of effect of alternative iob opportunities perceived between the job satisfaction and turnover intention.
