摘要 单级高频AC/AC变换器将工频交流输入电压变换为高频(一般大于100 k Hz)交流输出电压,主要由功率因数校正、高频谐振逆变两个功能单元构成。结合单级高频AC/AC变换器的性能分析结果,提出一种参数定量设计方法。首先分析设计的已知参数,再根据单级高频AC/AC变换器的性能要求,确定相关预设参数。然后根据上述已知及预设参数,对功率因数校正单元和高频谐振逆变单元进行详细的参数设计,还根据储能电容电压纹波大小的要求,确定储能电容的大小。最后给出具体设计实例,并进行实验验证,实验结果验证了该设计方法的正确性。由于单级高频AC/AC变换器的拓扑推导思路来源于单级功率因数校正器,该设计方法对单级功率因数校正器的设计具有借鉴意义。 A single stage high frequency AC/AC converter converts line voltage into high frequency(commonly larger than 100 k Hz) ac voltage, which is composed of a power factor correction cell and a high frequency DC/AC conversion cell. A quantitative parameter design method based on the performance analysis results of the converter was proposed in this paper. Firstly, all known parameters were presented and all preset parameters were determined according to the performance demands for the converter. Then, based on the known and preset parameters above, the power factor correction cell and the high frequency DC/AC conversion cell were designed in detail. Especially, the value of the energy storage capacitor was calculated according to the demand of the voltage ripple. Finally, a prototype was built according to the calculated parameters and the experimental results were given, which had verified the correction of the proposed design method. Owing to the single stage high frequency AC/AC converter derives from the single stage power factor corrector, the aforementioned design method makes much sense for the parameter design of single stage power factor corrector.
