摘要
针对近年来我国煤化工企业发展逐渐显露出的安全和环保等方面的问题,提出了一套针对煤化工企业突发事件的事前防范和预警、事发时及时应对和处置以及善后管理的智能化应急指挥平台。分析了该平台的建设原则和目标,介绍了该平台的技术架构、建设内容以及"互联网+"技术在该平台中的应用,最后阐述了该平台的应用效果分析。
Aiming at the safety and environmental protection problems and other issues existed in the process of coal chemical industry enterprise development,a set of intelligent emergency command platform in coal chemical industry enterprise was proposed,which was able to control and pre-warn beforehand,reply and dispose during the emergencies,and handle the aftermath of the emergencies.The construction principle and target of the platform were analyzed,the technical framework and construction content as well as the application of the platform in Internet Plus technology were introduced,and the application effect analysis of the platform was elaboratedin the end.
