西部山区发展绿色循环农业的探讨——以四川秦巴山区为例

The Green Circulation Development of Agriculture in Western China:A Case of Study of Qinba Mountain in Sichuan Province

当前,西部山区农业基础设施投入尚待增加,农村教育、卫生、文化体育、人口和计划生育、社会保障等多个方面和领域的发展适应不了经济的发展,农民的生活质量有待提高,发展现代农业遭到各种社会和自然客观条件的限制。基于此,加快现代农业建设,大力发展绿色循环农业,走特色发展道路,是一条好出路。以四川秦巴山区为例,在分析秦巴山区农业发展面临的现状的基础上,提出以绿色低碳循环发展为导向,紧扣秦巴山区开发扶贫国家战略机遇,积极探索具有中国特色的山区农业发展策略。
