荷移分光光度法测定一水合磷酸西他列汀的含量

摘要 在乙醇介质中,一水合磷酸西他列汀与红紫素在室温中放置15~30 min,二者可以形成1∶1型荷移络合物,其λmax为520nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.93×10^3 L/(mol·cm),线性范围为0.031~0.209g/L,线性回归方程为A=3.104 5C+0.144 2,相关系数R为0.999 1,相对标准偏差为1.32%(n=6)。实验结果用于捷诺维片含量的测定,结果满意。 Sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate can react with urorrhodin to form 1∶1complex after being placed in room temperature for 15~30min,which gives a maximum absorption peak at 520 nm.The molar absorptivity of the complex was 1.93×10^3 L/(mol·cm)and the linear range was 0.031~0.209g/L.The linear equation was A =3.104 5 C+0.144 2 R=0.999 1,and correlation coefficient(RSD)was1.32%(n=6).Good results were obtained,when it was applied to the determination of Januvia tablets.
