摘要
纳米β-磷酸三钙(纳米β-TCP)在骨组织工程中有良好的应用前景,探索了化学沉淀法制备纳米β-磷酸三钙,比较了两种反应体系制备纳米β-TCP的优缺点。以Ca(NO3)2·4H2O/(NH4)2HPO4为反应体系,通过控制pH值可制得纳米β-TCP,平均粒径328nm,但粒径分布不均匀,呈现双峰。在CaCl2/Na3PO4的反应体系中加入聚乙二醇(PEG)作分散剂,调节PEG/Ca物质的量比和PEG相对分子质量,可制得粒径分布均匀的纳米β-TCP。X射线衍射(XRD)、粒度分布和透射电镜(TEM)的测试结果表明,当PEG的相对分子质量为10 000,PEG/Ca物质的量比为4,900℃下煅烧3h,制得的纳米β-TCP平均粒径289nm,形状大小均一,无双峰分布,样品符合骨组织工程材料的要求。
Nano-β-tricalcium phosphate(Nano-β-TCP)has good application prospect in bone tissue engineering.Nano-β-TCP was prepared by chemical precipitation method,and two reaction systems were compared.In the system of Ca(NO3)2·4H2O/(NH4)2HPO4,by controlling the pH nano-β-TCP was obtained,but there were impurity phases according to its X-ray diffraction(XRD)spectra.The average particle size was 328 nm,however,the bimodal particle size distribution of the samples was observed.By using polyethylene glycol(PEG)as dispersant and adjusting PEG/Ca molar ratio and molecular weight of PEG,nano-β-TCP with uniform particle size and distribution was formed in the reaction system of CaCl2/Na3PO4.When PEG/Ca molar ratio was 4,PEG molecular weight was 10 000,and the calcination was conducted at 900 ℃for 3h,the average nano-β-TCP particle size was only 289 nm and the particles were distributed evenly with uniform shape from the results of XRD and TEM.The prepared nano-β-TCP was satisfied for the requirements of bone tissue engineering.
