摘要
为了模拟剖面浮标柱塞泵在海底的工作环境,提供稳定压力,在分析其可靠性检验平台设计方案的基础上,设计了一种新型的检验平台。重点分析了该机构的组成、工作原理和结构特点等,对转向缸和滑轮组进行了简要的分析计算。运用有限元分析软件,对安装板进行强度分析,优化了安装板的结构。研究结果表明,该机构安全可靠,能够提供稳定的压力,压力大小可调,适合于不同尺寸柱塞泵的可靠性检验。
In order to imitate the working environment of plunger pump in profiling buoy under sea and provide sta-ble pressure, a new test platform is designed after the scheme of reliability test platform is analyzed. The composi- tion, principle and characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed. The hydraulic cylinder and pulley block are de- signed. The mounting plate is optimized via the strength analysis using finite element analysis software. The results indicate that the mechanism is reliable, which output pressure for different size of plunger pump is adjustable.
