摘要
运用AMESim软件建立了某车辆传动装置供油系统的仿真模型,分析了换挡、转向子系统和润滑子系统的供油特性,并通过实验验证了不同工况下供油系统流量、压力的变化。所获得的仿真模型和有关数据,为后续优化该传动装置供油系统提供了基础。
The model of the oil power supply unit of a vehicle system is presented based on AMESim to analyze the characters of the integrated transmission system and develop the whole simulation model of the vehicle. The varia- tion tendency of the pressure and flow rate of the shift, steer and lubrication load are obtained from the simulation. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the simulation model. The simulation model is useful for the perform- ance optimization of the transmission system.
