摘要
针对20 MN扩孔机发生的主缸下降速度减慢的故障现象,研究分析液压系统的工作原理,查找故障点,对液控单向阀的制造缺陷进行了改进,从根本上消除了类似故障的再次发生,大幅度提高全线的有效作业率。
We discuss and find the reason of hydraulic failure about slower speed with cylinder in the 20 MN pierc- ing machine. In the meantime, the modified pilot-controlled cheek valve can solve this hydraulic failure. At last , this paper provides the solution to similar hydraulic fault and improves work efficiency.
