摘要
研究采用问卷调查法,考察了贵州省初中少数民族留守青少年的韧性素质现状与特点,结果显示:初中少数民族留守青少年的韧性素质总体状态较好,年龄发展状况较稳定;男生家庭支持力因子显著高于女生;父母受教育背景对其子女韧性素质(尤其是个人支持力和家庭支持力)影响显著。应该从个人、家庭和社会三方面寻找解决少数民族初中生韧性素质问题的对策。
This study aims to explore the present situation and characteristics of minority left-behind junior middle school students characteristics of resilience quality, by using questionnaires to survey students. The results show the following: on the whole, minority left-behind junior middle school students characteristics of resilience quality are better;, the boys goal are significantly higher than girls on the factor of family support; the different grade minority left-behind junior middle school students are almost the same as resilience quality; parents education background impact on students characteristics of resilience quality, especially on the factors of personal support and family support, the higher diploma, the better resilience quality; we can solve the problem of their characteristics of resilience quality from the aspects of person, family and society.
