强化护理干预改善儿童弱视训练依从性的效果

Effect of Intensive Nursing Intervention in Improving Compliance of Amblyopia Training in Children

目的探讨强化护理干预改善儿童弱视训练依从性的效果。方法便利选取2013年5月至2014年5月在复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院就诊的162例弱视患儿,采用简单随机数字法分为研究组83例和对照组79例。研究组采用弱视训练强化护理干预,对照组采用传统弱视综合治疗,比较干预6个月后两组患儿的治疗依从性及治疗有效性。结果治疗6个月后,研究组患儿的治疗依从性得分[(3.45±2.24)分]高于对照组[(2.71±1.87)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患儿的最佳矫正视力均优于干预前(P<0.01),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为62.7%和56.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强化护理干预可有效改善儿童弱视训练的依从性,对提高治疗效果有积极意义。

Objective To discuss the effect of intensive nursing intervention in improving compliance of amblyopia training in children.Methods By convenience sampling,162 cases were selected and divided into study group（n=83）and control group（n=79）.The study group was applied with intensive nursing intervention on amblyopia training,and the control group was applied with conventional treatment.The treatment compliance and effect were compared after 6months.Results After 6months,the score of treatment compliance in study group was（3.45±2.24）,which was higher than control group（2.71±1.87）（P〈0.01）.The best corrected visual acuity in both groups were higher than before treatment（P〈0.01）,with no statistical significance between two groups（P〉0.05）.The treatment efficiency in study group and control group were 62.7%and 56.9%,respectively（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The intensive nursing intervention is effective in improving the compliance of amblyopia therapy and is promising in improving the efficacy of amblyopia treatment.
