为解决黑龙江省调在线状态监测与监控预警系统接收上来的状态监测及预警数据质量不齐、有效性难以验证,以及缺乏统一处理标准等问题,介绍了黑龙江状态监测系统数据采集的整体规划,阐述了如何建立一套标准、实用的数据处理流程及详细步骤,并以图文结合的方式说明黑龙江省调在实现监测数据的有效性、唯一性、合理性方面所采取的具体措施,为系统后期的各项功能应用提供了良好的基础数据。

Aiming at the problems of Heilongjiang power dispatching condition monitoring system,including the inconsistent quality of uploaded condition monitoring and warning data,the difficulty in validating its effectiveness,and the insufficiency of united processing principle,this paper introduced the total plan for data collection of Heilongjiang Power condition monitoring system,expounded how to build a standard and useful data processing flow and specific steps on the basis of realities so as to achieve the goal of standard and legal data application,and described the specific measures adopted to realize the effectiveness,uniqueness and rationality of Heilongjiang monitoring data through graphics and text,which provided the fundamental data for the late application of all system functions.
