ANALYSIS OF THE TYPICAL CARVING PATTERNS OF HUNAN QIYANG STONE

在对祁阳石雕刻艺术的图案研究中,通过逻辑归纳、现象还原与图像分析的方法探究了祁阳石雕刻艺术最为典型的图案包括四种符号系统,即点线面的抽象符号、传统书法的文字符号、植物花卉的图像符号与人物故事的叙事符号,建立祁阳石雕刻装饰图案的系统性,作为当代祁阳石雕刻造型艺术的参照。旨在使珍贵古朴的祁阳石雕刻艺术焕发出新时代的光辉,同时让祁阳石资源得到更好的开发和保护。

In the study of the patterns of carving art of Qiyang stone,through the methods of logical induction,phenomenon restoration and image analysis, this paper explores the most typical pattern of carving art of Qiyang stone,including four kinds of symbol systems, namely, abstract symbols of point-line-surface, letter symbols of traditional calligraphy, image symbols of plants and flowers and narrative symbols of stories and characters, in the hope of establishing systematic decorative pat terns of Qiyang stone car ving, and making a reference for the contemporary Qiyang stone carving art.Moreover,this paper aims to make the precious ancient Qiyang stone carving art glow with brilliance of the new era, and meanwhile to achieve better development and protection of Qiyang stone resources.
