摘要
川菜在历史发展过程中形成了自身特有的历史文化现象和技艺传承方式。那么,怎样通过博物馆陈列来全面展示川菜的技艺、经验和精神?内容、主题和形式是解决上述问题的关键,本文只对形式问题进行解读。首先对川菜博物馆陈列形式设计中的原则问题进行探讨,提出"以地域文化符号构建陈列空间、以川菜主题特色塑造展示环境和以情景化、体验性营造动态场景"三条设计原则。然后通过"内容理解、空间规划、氛围营造和陈列布置"四种关联性设计方式,对川菜博物馆陈列形式设计中的方式问题进行论述。最后,运用"原则和方式"开展成都川菜博物馆《典藏馆》陈列形式设计实践。
Sichuan cuisine had formed unique historical and cultural phenomenon and skill inheritance way during its development. Then, how to comprehensively exhibit its skill, experience and spirit in museum display? The content, subject and form are key to solving this question. This paper only studythe form. Firstly, to discuss the principle issues in the form design of Sichuan Cuisine Museum, and put up with three design principles, which respectively are to build display space with regional cultural icon, to shape display environment based on the subject of Sichuan cuisine, and to construct dynamic scenewith scenario and interactive experience design. Secondly, to analyze the form in the display design of Sichuan Cuisine Museum through four relevant design ways, which are content understanding, space plan, atmosphere construct and exhibit layout. At last, to design the exhibition of Reservation Pavilion for Sichuan Cuisine Museum by using principles and forms.
